Feather-Craft Uniform Sink Fluorocarbon Tapered Furled Leader, Heavy Trout/Steelhead Type-5, is designed for 7-8 weight fly lines.
This uniform sinking furled leader blends fluorocarbon performance with the proven turnover of our Next Generation Furled Leaders to drive your fly down fast.
Sink rate is 4.25 to 4.5 inches per second. Loop one of these leaders to the end of your floating fly line to convert it into a sink tip setup. Add 2-3 feet of tippet material to the tiny metal ring at the end of the leader to complete the sinking system.
Feather Craft Furled Leaders are hand-furled for uniform taper and strength, delivering smooth energy transfer from line to fly for precise delivery of both tiny dry flies and large streamers.
