Part-Time Warehouse Associate(s)

Warehouse & Retail Associate

Feather Craft is seeking one or more Part-Time Warehouse & Retail Associates to support our growing operation. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and hands-on work, and enjoys contributing to a small, detail-driven team.

Responsibilities

  • Order selecting and picking
  • Scanning and verifying selected items
  • Packing and preparing orders for shipment
  • Shipping and fulfillment
  • Inventory counts and general warehouse organization
  • Assisting customers at checkout as needed

Requirements

  • Availability to work Mondays and at least one other weekday or Saturday during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) Please confirm your availability in your application email
  • Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Pride in quality workmanship

Interest and experience fly fishing and/or fly tying a must. Experience in warehousing, retail, or fulfillment is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate. Internship: Data Analyst

Location: Feather Craft in St. Louis, Missouri. Role not open to remote.
Type: Paid Internship ($15/Hour)
Duration: Flexible / Semester-based

Overview

Feather Craft is seeking a motivated Data Analyst Intern to help organize, analyze, and improve the data that powers our website, catalogs, email campaigns, social media, and digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and turning information into actionable insights—especially within a niche, enthusiast-driven industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and maintain data for: Website product listings and performance Printed and digital catalogs Email marketing campaigns Social media content and engagement
  • Clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Identify trends and insights that support marketing, merchandising, and content decisions
  • Assist with reporting and dashboards (as appropriate to skill level)
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to improve data-driven decision-making

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in: Data Analytics Statistics Marketing Analytics or a related field
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools such as: SQL, Python, Visual Basic.
  • Interest or experience in fly fishing and/or fly tying (a plus, not required)
  • Curiosity about e-commerce and digital marketing data
