Overview

Feather Craft is looking for a dependable Retail Warehouse Associate to help receive, organize, and ship the gear that keeps our shop and online store running. With more than 20,000 SKUs across 150-plus vendors, accuracy and hustle in the warehouse directly shape the experience our customers have on the water. This role is ideal for someone who likes staying busy, takes pride in getting the details right, and wants to be part of a small, enthusiast-driven team.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unpack, and check in incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Pick, pack, and ship customer and orders accurately and on time
• Organize and maintain inventory: shelving, labeling, bin locations, and stock rotation
• Assist with inventory counts and help flag discrepancies or damaged goods
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
• Support the retail floor and shipping during busy periods as needed

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs and staying on your feet
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Basic comfort with computers, scanners, or point-of-sale/inventory systems

Nice to Have

• Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, or retail stockroom experience
• Familiarity with inventory or order-management software especially Shopify
• Interest or experience in fly fishing and/or fly tying (a plus, not required)

Feather Craft is seeking a detail-oriented, visually driven Part-Time Product Photographer to join our team. This role is responsible for capturing clean, consistent product imagery, editing photos to brand standards, and maintaining accurate product listings on our Shopify website. You will play a direct role in how our products are presented to anglers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph fly fishing products with consistency, clarity, and attention to detail
  
• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to match Feather Craft’s visual standards
  
• Organize and manage image files for efficient workflow and archiving
  
• Upload and update product listings on Shopify, including images, titles, and basic product details
  
• Ensure all product visuals align with brand tone and quality expectations
  
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize product launches and updates
  

Qualifications

• Experience with product photography (portfolio preferred)
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  
• Familiarity with Shopify or willingness to learn quickly
  
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
  
• Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time role
  
• Interest in fly fishing or outdoor industry is a plus, but not required
