Heavy wire scud, sow-bug AND NOW LIGHTNING BUGS. SCUD: Finger-blend a pinch of gray & olive SOW SCUD. Pinch-dub a sparse line on the thread at end of hook-shank. Wrap to hook-eye forming scud body. Trim top flat. Pick out bottom. Fish dead drift just off bottom. 2x-wide, 2x-short. Sizes-6 or 8 (25-PAK $8.75), (100-PAK $29.65), Sizes-10, 12, 14, 16, 18 (25-PAK $8.20, (100-PAK $27.90).
