Description

Umpqua's TECHNO-WOG is a buoyant surface pattern for coho, or silver salmon. It is meant to wake and disturb the surface when fish are willing to chase a fly on top.

Performance

Strip it across slower holding water or swing it under tension to make a wake. Alternate short pulls with pauses and watch how fish react before speeding up the retrieve.

Why we use it

The foam construction supports an active surface presentation, giving anglers a topwater choice alongside traditional salmon streamers.
