SATOWSKI'S SILT SURGEON The Silt surgeon is perfect for Carp mudding in shallow water or near the bank looking for small crayfish and other similar food sources. It enters the water very softly but instantly rockets to the bottom. It also rides hook point up along the bottom with a tail that sticks up to tempt the carp. It has a buggy look when wet that not many small cray flies have. It comes in 4 colors. Great for bass, panfish, trout, and other flats species as well. Yes, with it being tied on the Gamakatsu SL45 it is perfect for Bonefish and Permit too.
