Quick-attach carabiner system allows for attachment to a variety of platforms - ideal for wader straps, wading belts, MOLLE webbing or Hex Grid. Adjustable length via cord-lock assembly and bungee cord. Plastic sleeve allows the tippet to spin freely no matter where the Caddy is attached.
