Feather-Craft Sinking Bullwhip Fluorocarbon Tapered Furled Leader is designed for use with 7-10 weight fly rods. At 5 feet in length, it turns over large flies in fresh or saltwater and lands with minimal disturbance. Built using traditional furling techniques, this leader delivers smooth energy transfer from line to fly for precise turnover and presentation in varied conditions.

Materials include high-quality fluorocarbon (model dependent variants may use nylon). A tiny corrosion-proof metal connector ring is added to the end of each leader. This ring stays out of the casting arc, yet simplifies tippet changes and extends leader life by avoiding knot contact with the leader material.
