Our fly tying classes are taught inside our shop at 8307 Manchester Road and run from 6:00–8:00 p.m., creating the ideal environment for focused, hands-on learning. Each class is led by our shop manager, Jim Murphy, who brings decades of tying and on-the-water experience to every session.

Every class focuses on a specific set of patterns, ensuring structured progression and practical takeaways.

- Beginner classes typically cover foundational patterns such as the Zebra Midge, San Juan Worm, and Wooly Bugger—flies that teach essential skills while producing real results on the water.

- Advanced classes are pattern-specific, diving deep into more technical designs and modern techniques for tiers looking to expand their capabilities.

- Kids Fly Tying Classes are perfect for ages 8–15, no experience is necessary, and are led by 13-year-old Harrison Mace and supervised by Jim Murphy.
